    MRW seeing the qualifying results:

The Mazdas are three seconds off pace!

Of course, if you're a Mazda fan, you're gonna want to look at the bright side; the Mazda RT-24Ps are only three seconds off pace. The Mazda 787B's performance deficit at Le Mans 1991 was worse than that.

What a race. I drove 11 hours home right after it finished, and spent the last 45 mins at 1am in this weird rain/snow shit that definitely kept me awake.

Anyway, should get some pics up tomorrow. Or maybe Tuesday. I don't know, I'm tired and don't feel great because I spent too much time out in that rain last night and it was quite cold.

But the race was awesome. 10/10 will go again next year.

I was out of town and in a place with no phone/TV/internet.

It was fantastic because it's good to get away from shit, but I was really looking forward to trying to find a live stream to watch Daytona. Oh well, there will be other events coming up. Was it a good race overall or did it seem like there were frontrunners and then everyone else?
    Anyhow...

Great race overall for the GT cars. The prototypes weren't as competitive because the Cadillac was on an island of its own.

But it was awesome, I think we should try to plan for a bunch of us to go next year because it really is a blast. And I'm tired of other people bailing on me leaving me to go by myself...

Unfortunately, I won't really be able to go to Daytona unless I change jobs

Let's pick a race that's not in the months of January - April!
